MOSS is a welcoming home environment designed to be your home away from home. We are a human-centred, heart led space that focuses on hiring people that will meet you where you are at.

Yes, we have a comfortable waiting room as well as private areas for your to breastfeed, chestfeed, or bottle feed.

However you arrived postpartum, we are here to support you. This includes birth (vaginal delivery, VBAC, or C-section), loss, stillbirth, stillborn, miscarriage, abortion (medical or not), surrogacy, and adoption. This includes supporting a loved one, a partner, a grandparent or a sibling — you are all welcome here!

At MOSS we believe there is no end date to postpartum.

We are able to provide direct billing to over 25 insurance companies. Reach out to us to confirm if your insurance company.

We would love to be, but with the heritage design of our building, we are restricted.

Our objective is to provide support throughout the phases of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum throughout your transition into the postpartum period.

Yes! We have free parking located behind the house. Follow the driveway on the right hand side of the house and you will find our parking lot.

We are located in Hillhurst at 1614 8th Ave NW.

Yes, children and baby are welcome to all appointments, including massage.

No, postpartum support is available for all individuals involved in the caregiving role, including biological mothers, adoptive parents, and partners.

Not at all, we support families in the prenatal period to set themselves up for postpartum success. We continue to follow them on their postpartum journey and meet them where they are at.

This is absolutely understandable. Many women you see here at MOSS have also struggled and we want it to give you hope and comfort to know it is also possible for you, and we love to support you in this.
